My musical journey began on the streets of Blacksburg, VA at the start of my senior year at Virginia Tech. I would set up with my acoustic guitar and 5W battery powered amplifer and play for an hour or so about once a month. Good size crowds would gather around and tip me as I played. It was awesome to see that people were interested in what I was creating. My spot in front of Moes at the corner of College Avenue will always be a special place to me.
My early street performances led to me headlining a halftime show at the Virginia Tech Men's Basketball game. This was my
first live performance on any kind of stage. So cool to hear my guitar play over the loud PA System and capitvate a large audience.
Also headlined a Virginia Tech Women's basketball game in December

First shot at a music venue came at Jammin' Java in my hometown Vienna, VA. I was given a 20 minute set to open up for Deanna Bogart and her band.
This was my first time playing a long set list and at an event solely for music. Great time making my Vienna debut.

I was given a slot to play at Virginia Tech's Relay for Life event. It was so amazing to be a part of a great cause. Very surreal experience being able to play my guitar on the famous Drillfield in front of the iconic Burruss Hall. This was the coolest stage I have played on so far. Asked to perform at Blacksburg's Fork and Cork Festival. Great to be a part of the entertainment and sample wine with friends.
I got to share my guitar routine with people at the Celebrate Fairfax Fair. This was my first big event with big name bands such as Kongos and 3 Doors Down.
Opened up for Deanna Bogart for the second time in a year a Jammin' Java. Always fun to play infront of hometown family and friends. Watch the FULL performance HERE
Headlined the halftime show of a Virginia Tech Women's Basketball game. I combined the songs I play during my longer set into one 6 minute medley Watch the performance HERE

Viva! Vienna! Festival. Awesome to finally play at a town festival that I have been coming to for years! Set time was 45 minutes.
Celebrate Fairfax. Played an hour set with a combination of originals and covers. Great to be back at for a second year in a row. Sound technician said I "drew in the largest crowd to the Wegman's Uncorked Stage all weekend".
Went out to Jirani Coffee House in Manassas to open up for The Watch. Awesome band who I met after my Viva Vienna set. Very honored that they wanted me to open for them.
Opened up for Angie Keilhauer at Jammin' Java. She was on The Voice so it was really cool to share the stage with her. Always an awesome time whenever I get to play at Jammin' Java in Vienna
Inivted to play a 45 minute set at The Workhouse Brewfest. Temperature was round 100 degrees, but it was still fun to play a festival lineup and be a part of the inagural event. Many thanks to my friend Evan, who helped me with equiptment.
Jammin' Java... again :) . One of my favorite places and it was cool to play in a festival style line up with some other local bands. This was my fifth time playing at the club in the last two years.
First time playing in Georgetown. Had my own show at Gypsy Sally's. Great fun playing infront of lot of my friends who live in the city. Also tons of fun being able to kick off my friend, Susie's birthday weekend.
I got to play a really cool gig at the University of Virginia' Women's Volleyball game. I played the national anthem and got to headline the 'halftime' show. Really fun time exploring around Charlottesville, VA for the first time
Invited to headline another Virginia Tech Men's Basketball game. Always a very fun time to come back to Blacksburg and perform. Playing at Cassell is one of the coolest events I have ever and probably will ever play at.
Opened up for local artist, Jessica Yellowitz. Had a slight malfunction with my main guitar so had to improvise 2/3 of my set. Was a great learning experience though to think on the spot.
Third time opening up for Deanna Bogart and her band. Sixth time at Jammin' Java. Love being able to play music in my hometown. Awesome night and great crowd!
Played at my third women's basketball game at Virginia Tech. As always, great time playing in Cassell. Awesome to see that the team was able to stay undefeated!
